Career
Donald is the head of the firm’s tax department and regularly advises and assists clients in Maltese corporate law and tax aspects in a wide range of transactions. He provides advice in a number of other areas including trusts, foundations and corporate finance.
Donald advises a number of clients from various industry sectors including financial institutions, private equity and hedge fund promoters and managers as well as high net worth individuals. Donald also leads the Blockchain Task Force set up by Camilleri Preziosi to study the technology and its potential application to the firm’s practice areas.
He regularly acts as an examiner at the University of Malta and is a speaker at a number of seminars and conferences.
