Iana’s main areas of practice are Public Procurement, Competition and EU law, Employment and Pensions, Dispute Resolution and Telecommunications, Media and Technology.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2014, Iana completed the degree of Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta in 2017, after having submitted her thesis entitled: “The Legal Framework regulating the Reception period for Irregular Migrants: A Maltese Perspective.” She was later admitted to the bar in 2018.
