Position
Erling Keyser has more than 20 years of experience with advisory services in the area of residential and commercial property. He assists businesses of all sizes with matters that involve real estate transactions, the purchase and sale of real estate companies, rent and leases (commercial and residential), property development (commercial and residential), housing project developments, as well as legal aspects of housing cooperatives and commonholds.
He works with general real estate law, especially issues related to easements, as well as right of first refusal and the right of redemption. Erling also assists in real estate settlements (residential and commercial). In addition, Erling has long experience with representing and advising private persons and families who manage large assets.
