Career
John Aa. Sveinsvold has more than 25 years of experience in business law, as well as extensive experience as a board member. He has expertise in M&A, contract negotiations and dispute resolution. John has led and assisted in a considerable number of major restructuring and transaction cases, cross-border acquisitions, business transfers and other equity transactions.
John has in-depth knowledge of corporate law, and he assists clients, including other law firms, with a number of different corporate legal issues, from matters relating to boards of directors liability to issuances by listed companies.
