Eirik Espenes has extensive experience within real estate and construction law. He has expertise in the purchase, sale and lease of all types of real estate, organisation and development of residential projects, regulation and building issues, construction, the establishment and administration of housing companies, and land registry. He has brought many cases before the ordinary courts of law, including discretionary assessments and arbitrations in a broad range of cases, such as purchase, sale and leases, construction, the Norwegian Outdoor Recreation Act, Neighbour Act, Road Act, real estate brokerage, and easements.
