Career

Benedicte Krogh Grimstad specialises in real estate, construction and corporate law. She has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of real estate development, purchases and sales of real estate or property companies, operation and leasing of commercial real estate, planning and building law, property law, land reallocation, housing law and defects cases.

She has extensive experience with assisting real estate developers, residential property companies, landowners and municipalities with continuous advice and legal proceedings.

She has been involved in big and small development projects, where she has assisted with, among other things, option agreements, purchase contracts, plot structuring, securing of rights, registration of land, choice of organisational structure, sectioning/re-sectioning and more.

Benedicte has broad experience with dispute resolution and negotiations and litigates a large number of cases before the courts each year. She also assists Norwegian and international enterprises with corporate legal matters and assists in transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as questions concerning board member and director’s liability.
