Robert Saint-Esteben, Partner, is an expert on French and European competition law and also has vast experience in litigation and arbitration.

He has written numerous books and articles on competition law and is regularly consulted in the context of legislative or regulatory reforms. Since 2012, Mr. Saint-Esteben has been the President of the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (A.P.D.C.), which is a key contact organization for the competition and public authorities on all issues relating to competition law.

He is a graduate of the French inland revenue training institution, the École Nationale des Impôts (1964), the University of Paris Faculty of Law and Economics (Licence, 1964; Diplôme d’Études Supérieures in private law, 1965; Diplôme d’Études Supérieures in criminal studies, 1967) and the Centre Universitaire d’Études des Communautés Européennes, CEE (1966).
