Mr Aurélien Jolly
Aurélien Jolly, is a member of the Financing team. He specialises in debt financing matters, in particular M&A financings, leveraged buy-outs, and debt restructurings.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat in 2011, he trained initially in London at Clifford Chance from 2003 and then worked from 2005 as a Solicitor in London at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett and Allen and Overy.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, he qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2005
He is a graduate of University Paris II-Panthéon Assas (Licence in Law, 1998; Maîtrise in law, 1999) and of Pembroke College, Oxford University (B.A. (Honours) in Jurisprudence, 2001; B.C.L. (Oxon), 2002). While at Oxford University, he was also awarded the First Prize in the Winter Williams Law Prizes 2000.
