Emmanuel d’Antin co-heads FTPA’s general business litigation practice since 2007.

Emmanuel acts in a variety of high-profile litigations in the areas of real estate and construction law, litigation in corporate law, professional liability actions, collection and enforcement procedures, litigation in the art market, criminal proceedings, out-of-court settlement procedures, etc.

Before joining FTPA, Emmanuel practiced for five years at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe).
