Partner. Michael Serup has broad specialist knowledge of shareholder and corporate taxation. Michael advises on family business successions and the restructuring of businesses, with the aim of finding optimal technical and commercial solutions and safeguarding an effective and economical process. He is particularly committed to securing the interests of the persons and families involved in family business successions of owner-managed businesses. Moreover, Michael has extensive experience in negotiations and process management and advises on strategic and company development issues. He has conducted a large number of cases before the Danish Supreme Court, High Courts and the administrative appeals bodies.
