Position

Partner. Carsten Pedersen specialises in arbitration and court proceedings, particularly with regard to professional and directors’ liability, construction contracts and general contractual disputes. Carsten is highly experienced in dispute resolution and regularly represents clients before, among others, the Danish Institute of Arbitration and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. He also regularly conducts cases before the ordinary Danish courts. Moreover, Carsten is frequently appointed as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. Finally, Carsten lectures on a number of courses within his area of expertise and regularly speaks on, for example, contract drafting and expert reports.
