Position

Partner. Andreas Antoniades has extensive experience in advising Danish and international clients on real estate matters, procurement law, court proceedings, commercial and residential lease agreements, the purchase/sale of properties and sale and lease back, as well as the reconstruction of real estate companies. He also provides assistance to large international clients on setting up in Denmark, the construction of company headquarters and the purchase and development of real estate, including the conduct of due diligence investigations. In addition, Andreas advises public undertakings. Andreas regularly gives lectures on real estate issues, including commercial leasing law, market rent and due diligence investigations.
