Partner. Johan Weihe specialises in energy law, including oil and gas law, waste disposal companies and public and independent institutions. He has, moreover, extensive knowledge of public private companies and partnerships and advises on, e.g. forms of organisation and the applicability of public law to such entities. Moreover, Johan has vast experience with matters relating to funds, e.g. issues concerning their management, the articles of association of funds/independent institutions and the rules on distribution, extraordinary transactions and capital issues. Johan often speaks on municipal law issues, public private partnerships and energy law for municipalities, clients and Bech-Bruun Academy.

Bech-Bruun is noted for its 'excellent communication, industry knowledge, accessibility and quick turn-around times' with expertise in contracts, disputes and regulatory issues. Practice head Per Hemmer is 'a trusted adviser' and is an expert in transactional issues; he recently worked on Nord Stream 2, a gas pipeline between Russia and Germany running through the Baltic Sea.
