Magnus Tønseth is a part of BAHR’s Finance group and advises lenders and borrowers on bank and bond financings and restructuring and has extensive experience within energy, shipping and offshore. The transactions involve complex structures accross various jurisdictions. Magnus has considerable experience with large and complex international processes and project management and led BAHR’s work with the restructuring of Seadrill Ltd. (2016-2018).

Magnus has previously worked as an in-house legal advisor in DNB Bank ASA’s department of shipping and offshore on a secondment lasting two years where he amongst other things worked on financing and restructuring within shipping, offshore and aviation.
