Position

Partner. Dyrseth specialises in private and public law matters relating to real property. He has considerable experience of cases involving the Planning and Building Act, expropriation, easements and tenancy issues. He has extensive experience in the field of building contracts and construction processes, where he assists both property owners and contractors. In addition, he has many years’ experience of advising the fisheries and aquaculture sectors. Anders has extensive experience with respect to the buying and selling of both real property and business enterprises. He serves on the boards of

several companies and foundations, and chairs the board of the listed  property company KMC Properties ASA. Having been an attorney for almost 30 years, Anders has experience of all types of cases relating to real property. As a consultant with Norway’s Parliamentary Ombud for Scrutiny of the Public Administration, he has also handled legal issues relating to public administration, particularly from the local government sector. He is an experienced and trusted advisor for several major players in the property and aquaculture sectors.
