He handles a considerable volume of insolvency cases on behalf of district courts and business enterprises. In addition, he works as an advisor to financial institutions and private enterprises in connection with financing transactions and day-to-day operations. Tonning also has extensive experience of inheritance law and intergenerational asset transfers.
