Career

Alfiado is a senior associate with 20 years experience as a lawyer. He brings to the team considerable experience in preference in litigation, where he advises on civil, criminal and employment cases and arbitrations, among other specialised sectors.

Alfiado regularly acts for clients from the banking sector in debt recovery and criminal and employment law cases. He has also represented clients in collective redundancy and corporate restructuring cases. 

Alfiado has a unique track record in advising clients on complex and innovative transactions, always focusing on litigation, arbitration, commercial, insurance, and employment and labour matters, working for international companies. He has a deep expertise in general business law and regularly advises TTA key clients on commercial, insurance, and labour matters.
