Pascoal is an associate who specialises in employment and labour law. With seven years’ experience as a lawyer, he has advised numerous Mozambican companies on employment and labour matters, with a particular focus corporate restructuring operations.
Pascoal’s clients also come from the industry, communications, tourism and transport sectors and he assists them with litigation and corporate/M&A matters, and with commercial contracts.
He regularly represents Mozambican and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings brought in Mozambique, with special emphasis on commercial arbitration.
Pascoal is currently attending the LLM in international dispute resolution at Queen Mary University of London.
He is a registered arbitrator at the CACM – Maputo Centre for Arbitration, Conciliation and Medication and a professor at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Eduardo Mondlane in Maputo.
