Ana Raquel is a Managing associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. She has more than eight years’ experience as a lawyer and advises on civil, commercial and corporate litigation, arbitration, corporate restructuring and insolvency, and she acts for Portuguese and multinational companies in various sectors.

She has represented clients in high value and complex cases, focusing on the areas of civil, corporate and commercial liability.

Ana Raquel has a master’s in company and business law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Porto and teaches civil procedural practice at the same faculty.

Before joining PLMJ, she was a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira.
