Filipa is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice. She has almost 20 years’ experience and, in recent years, she has been specialising in restructuring and insolvency. She has also gained significant experience in corporate litigation and commercial law.
Filipa has extensive experience in advising on disputes, insolvency and restructuring, including cross-border cases involving Switzerland, Luxembourg and Brazil. She has acted in some of the highest-profile restructuring and insolvency cases in recent years.
Filipa earned her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and has a master’s in law from the University of Virginia School of Law.
