Career

Célia is a Senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice with almost 20 years’ experience. She has advised on privatisation processes in Portugal and handled some of the most significant operations in the country in various sectors, including road concessions, waste management and private security.

Célia regularly assists clients in the automotive and private security sectors, and she has extensive experience in joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts.

She is a member of the PLMJ Italian Desk.

Célia completed a postgraduate course in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
