Marco is a senior counsel in the Employment and Labour practice. He has over 12 years’ experience as a lawyer and focuses on employment and labour law and social security matters.

Marco has assisted Portuguese and multinational companies from a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, electronics, banking, information technologies, consultancy services, and retail.

He also has experience in employment disputes and is regularly involved in major restructuring processes. Marco advises companies on all labour and social security matters, and especially on labour litigation and restructuring processes.

He completed a postgraduate course in labour law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
