Partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Specializes in real estate law, construction investments, commercial law and environmental protection law. He advises in construction contracts (FIDIC and non–FIDIC), including in proceedings for public procurement and administrative proceedings involving construction investments and environmental protection law. He joined SK&S in 1998 and become a Partner in 2009. He has advised banks on numerous financing and debt restructuring projects. His services have included the structuring of security instruments, drafting and the negotiation of settlements and other related agreements.
