Position

Main practise areas are maritime and transport, insurance, tort, litigation and financial restructuring and insolvency. He is a leading lawyer in maritime and transport law in Iceland and has advised clients on all aspects of maritime and transport law for over twenty years. Einar Baldvin has considerable experience in litigation, both before the District Courts and the Supreme Court of Iceland. Einar Baldvin is a Chairman of the Board of the Icelandic Maritime Law Association and lecturer in Maritime law at the Reykjavík University.
