Supreme Court Attorney Gunnar Sturluson joined LOGOS in 1992, became a Partner in 1995, and was Managing Partner between 2001-2013.

Gunnar graduated from the University of Iceland with a cand.jur. degree in 1992. He received his LL.M. in European Law and International Trade Law from the University of Amsterdam in 1995. He qualified as an Attorney in 1993 and a Supreme Court Attorney in 1999.
LOGOS handles high-profile cases, including alleged abuse of market dominance claims and unlawful cooperation of undertakings issues, and advises on domestic and international merger control work. Praised as ‘an expert in EEA and competition law matters’, Helga Ottarsdottir heads up the practice group alongside Gunnar Sturluson, who has experience in handling cases before the competition authorities.
