Emma-Jane has twelve years’ experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters and has particular expertise dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters and tribunal claims involving unfair dismissals, constructive dismissals and discrimination matters. Emma-Jane regularly speaks at seminars and a variety of employment law topics and also provides training for clients in this area.
