Career

Alan Taylor has been Chairman of Arthur Cox Northern Ireland since early 2016 and is a partner in our Corporate and Commercial practice.

Alan is one of the best-known and most respected Corporate lawyers in Northern Ireland. He is regularly chosen by clients in the most complex and high-profile deals as well as by start-ups for his wisdom and experience in early-stage investments. Alan’s corporate client roster is comprised of the largest household names and the most active multi-national corporates. He is the go-to adviser for overseas corporates looking at transactions in Northern Ireland and indigenous businesses at all stages of the lifecycle, including large scale international acquisitions and also significant business or asset corporate disposals.
