Julian Craughan focuses on structured finance and capital market transactions. Over the years he has advised key participants (including lenders, arrangers, originators and swap providers) on these transactions in the United Kingdom and across Continental Europe. Julian’s involvement in the structured finance market has covered a wide variety of asset classes including consumer receivables, trade receivables, commercial mortgages, residential mortgages and infrastructure assets. He has also acted on many automotive receivables securitisations in Europe including lease, hire purchase and dealer floor plan transactions.

He advised Goldman Sachs on an asset based financing of the e-scooter fleet of Tier Mobility GmbH. US-qualified partner Dennis Dillon also plays a pivotal role in the practice.
