Willem specialises in environmental and spatial planning law, as well as real estate law (e.g. municipal preferential rights, expropriation, long-term ground lease, and land exploitation).<\/span> His particular attention is focused on issues situated at the interface between these areas of law.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Willem acts on behalf of property developers, investors, businesses in the (chemical) industry, utility companies, and parties active in (sustainable) energy projects. Ayse Duran is a Senior Managing Director on FTI Consulting\u2019s Business Transformation team. Ayse has more than 15 years of experience in strategy, large-scale transformations, data and AI. She has worked in a broad range of industries across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, primarily in financial services and industrials, and advises companies at the intersection of business transformation, data and AI, as well as regulation and compliance.<\/p>\n

Ayse has extensive experience in strategy and business transformation and has advised board members and the C-suite in redefining business models, outlining go-to-market and international expansion strategies and executing high-stakes transformations to drive shareholder value and performance improvement.<\/p>\n

Ayse also leads the FTI Women\u2019s Initiative (\u201cFTI WIN\u201d) and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (\u201cDIB\u201d) efforts locally in Benelux.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ayse held various positions at ING, Philips, Boston Consulting Group (\u201cBCG\u201d) and Bank of America. In these roles, she was a founding member of various new ventures, including the \u201cKickstart AI\u201d initiative to promote the development and use of artificial intelligence in the Netherlands and BCG\u2019s Center for Macroeconomics in New York.<\/p>\n
