Katarzyna Witkowska-Malinowska, attorney-at-law, heads the White-Collar Crime and Litigation teams, CRIDO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Katarzyna has 20 years of experience handling complex cases involving economic and tax crime, as well as cybercrime. She has acted as defence counsel in proceedings in which prosecutors alleged misconduct involving billions in financial losses. She has also represented clients in high-profile, widely reported cases involving corruption and acting to the detriment of a company.<\/p>\n

Her practice also covers complex civil and commercial disputes, as well as matters concerning the liability of management board members towards the company. She is regularly recommended by the prestigious Legal 500 ranking in the White-Collar Crime and Private Client categories. In 2023, she was a finalist in the Women in Business Law (Europe) awards in the categories of White-Collar Crime Lawyer of the Year and Litigator of the Year.<\/p>\n

Jan Furtas is a partner in CRIDO\u2019s tax team. His specialization includes dispute management at the level of tax authorities and courts.
