On 25 January 2021 join business and legal leaders from a real rainbow of united nations, including Australia, Brazil, India, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and USA, to conclude the 2020-21 Business Beyond Covid-19<\/b><\/span> online event series.<\/p>\n

Over the past year, The Legal 500<\/b><\/a> joined with The Blended Capital Group<\/b><\/a> to host a dynamic debate and exploration of how business in different countries across the world has mitigated the seemingly never-ending uncertainty and risks of the Global Pandemic. Now, in our closing session before offering recommendations to the UN World Investment Forum<\/b><\/a> we are exploring how business worldwide is preparing for a vaccine-driven return to a new form of reality, hopefully, during an improving 2021.<\/p>\n

Leading legal minds<\/h2>\n

The online event series was kicked off by Judge Professor Mervyn King<\/b><\/a> of South Africa and Professor Paul Q. Watchman<\/b><\/a>, from the UK where he was a former Senior Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Both Professors have kindly supported the on-line series from the start and will help deliver final recommendations to a forthcoming on-line event supporting the UN<\/b><\/span> global investment event. You will be advised of the <\/b>UN<\/b><\/span> event date\/time shortly.<\/p>\n

Respecting time zones ranging from Tokyo to San Francisco we will convene the event twice during the day at 8.00am (UK) and then again at 3.00pm (UK).<\/p>\n
