A:<\/strong> \u00a0On Tuesday 24 February 2026 to be held at Rosewood S\u00e3o Paulo, Rua Itapeva, 435 – Bela Vista, 01332-010 S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What are the timings?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> The event will commence with a drinks reception at 7.00pm, followed by a banquet dinner and awards presentation at 8.00pm. Event concludes at 11.30pm.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What is the dress code for the evening?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> \u00a0Legal 500 wants our attendees to feel comfortable in what they wish to wear, nothing is compulsory but please note, this is the special event of the year for the Brazilian legal market so either black tie or your own version of evening attire is encouraged. We discourage normal office attire for this special evening.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Q: How are the shortlists compiled?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Q: When will I hear if I have been successful and made the shortlists?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Legal 500 will notify firms of the categories for which they have been shortlisted in November 2025.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Should I book a table even if I do not know all guest names yet?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Definitely \u2013 We anticipate space will go extremely quickly and we cannot guarantee anyone\u2019s space without a completed table booking form. We deliberately limit capacity to just over 300\u00a0guests, so it is vital you book your space and return the table booking form early to avoid disappointment. Actual guest names may be supplied at a later stage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: When is the latest I can supply guest names?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Please can you send all guest names to <\/span>events@legal500.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0no later than 23 January<\/b><\/span>. This is to ensure that all guests are included on the seating plans for the event, and will avoid confusion for your guests in locating their table on the night.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are also required to inform the hotel of all guest names for security reasons in advance of the event.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Is wine included with the table booking?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> We provide our choice of red and white wine, as well as still and sparkling water, throughout the event.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What if I have a specific dietary requirement?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> <\/span>Rosewood S\u00e3o Paulo<\/span> is superbly equipped to handle the vast majority of dietary requirements, provided these are notified to us in advance of the event.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please can you ensure that when you supply us with guest names, also include any special dietary requirements in your email. These should all be sent to <\/span>events@legal500.com<\/span><\/a> no later than <\/span>23 January<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Do you provide invitations for Law Firms\/Sponsors to send out to their guests?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> We do not produce invitations for firms\/sponsors to send out as we leave it to each table host\u2019s discretion as to who and how they wish to invite as their guests.
