Q: Where can I find the full award category line up?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A:<\/span><\/b>\u202fVisit the\u202f<\/span>categories page<\/span><\/b><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: When will I hear if I have been successful and made the shortlists?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A:<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u202fLegal 500 will notify firms of the categories for which they have been shortlisted in <\/span>January<\/span> 202<\/span>6<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Should I book a table even if I do not know all guest names yet?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A:<\/span><\/b>\u202fDefinitely \u2013 We anticipate space will go extremely quickly and we cannot guarantee anyone\u2019s space without a completed table booking form. We deliberately limit capacity to just over 500 guests, so it is vital you book your space and return the table booking form early to avoid disappointment. Actual guest names may be supplied at a later stage.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: When is the latest I can supply guest names?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A:<\/strong> Please can you send all guest names to <\/span><\/span>events@legal500.com<\/span><\/span><\/a> no later than<\/span><\/span> 9 April 2026<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> This is to ensure that all guests are included on the seating plans <\/span>for th<\/span>e <\/span>ev<\/span>ent, a<\/span>nd<\/span> will avoid confusion for your guests in <\/span>locating<\/span> thei<\/span>r <\/span>t<\/span>abl<\/span>e <\/span>o<\/span>n<\/span> t<\/span>he nig<\/span>ht<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We <\/span>are also required to<\/span> inform the hotel of all guest names for security reasons in advance of the event.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Is wine included with the table booking?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A:<\/span><\/b>\u202fWe provide our choice of red and white wine, as well as still and sparkling water, throughout the meal and awards ceremony.\u202f However, should you wish to order alternative wines or other beverages, you will be able to do so on the night.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What if I have a specific dietary requirement?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A:\u202f <\/span><\/b>Intercontinental London Park Lane\u00a0is superbly equipped to handle the vast majority of dietary requirements, provided these are notified to <\/span>no later than 9 <\/span><\/span>March 202<\/span>6<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please can you ensure that when you supply us with guest names, you also include any special dietary requirements in your email. These should all be sent to:\u202f<\/span>events@legal500.com<\/span><\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Q: Do you provide invitations for Law Firms\/Sponsors to send out to their guests?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A:<\/span><\/b>\u202fWe do not produce invitations for firms\/sponsors to send out as we leave it to each table host\u2019s discretion as to who and how they wish to invite as their guests.
