It is a trajectory that will increase upwards, with the introduction of more ESG-related regulation and the proposed extension of the \u2018failure to prevent\u2019 remit.<\/p>\n<p>In this roundtable, we asked some of the UK\u2019s most prominent in-house lawyers to share their thoughts on trends in emerging legislation around ESG and examined how organisations could prepare for the further extension of ESG-related legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The event was crowned with a networking session with drinks and canap\u00e9s for all attendees.
