Ltd. (\u201cKirana Club\u201d), its founders, Mr. Anshul Gupta and Ms. Aishwarya Jain and its shareholders, with respect to the 100% acquisition of Kirana Club (and its Indian subsidiary,\u00a0Retail Pulse Labs Private Limited)\u00a0by Meesho Limited (\u201cMeesho\u201d) for INR 202 crores.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2020, Kirana Club is a B2B e-commerce marketplace which helps kirana stores primarily across tier-2, tier-3, and tier-4 towns and rural markets, to source FMCG and grocery products directly from brands.
