The transaction represents another step in the implementation of the fund\u2019s investment strategy focused on high-quality commercial real estate in attractive locations, with a stable tenant profile and high ESG standards.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Riverview building is located in close proximity to And\u011bl metro station, the Nov\u00fd Sm\u00edchov shopping centre and the Vltava riverbank. Completed in 2014, the modern office building offers 7,652 sqm of office space and 90 underground parking spaces. Its key features include LEED Gold and BREEAM Very Good certifications, roof terraces, a green roof overlooking the Vltava River and recently modernised interiors.
