Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Union Investment Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of the newly built K\u00e5llered Retail Park in M\u00f6lndal, south of Gothenburg. The transaction was structured as a share purchase deal. The recently completed property comprises 19,400 sqm of lettable area, is fully let with tenants including Coop, Lidl, Systembolaget, Jysk, Hemtex and Dollarstore, and is located adjacent to IKEA’s store in K\u00e5llered. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 900 million. The acquisition was made for Union Investment’s open-ended real estate fund UniImmo: Deutschland. The seller was Ingka Centres, part of the Ingka Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
