Completion remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, including clearance from the Romanian Competition Council and the Commission for the Examination of Foreign Direct Investments.<\/p>\n<p>PNSA provided comprehensive legal assistance to the founders throughout the M&amp;A process, including transaction structuring, transaction documents, negotiations and assistance to signing. The PNSA team was led by Silviu Stoica \u2013 Partner and Vlad Ambrozie \u2013 Managing Associate.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2011 and based in Cluj County, Unicool Group comprises Unicool Instala\u021bii Frig SRL and Acsa Coolteam SRL, companies active in commercial refrigeration solutions for retail, logistics, pharmaceutical, industrial and HoReCa clients.
