Mourant, an international professional services firm, has appointed Helen Wyatt as Managing Partner of its Guernsey office with effect from 1 August 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Helen will succeed John Lewis who has held the role since in September 2020 and will step down as his term in the role comes to end.\u00a0John will continue as a Partner at the firm.<\/p>\n

Having first joined Mourant on a work experience placement before returning as a trainee in the legal practice, Helen has built her career at the firm over the last two decades, including a period in the Mourant London office. She subsequently returned to Guernsey, where she became a Partner in the Corporate team in 2016 and has established herself as a trusted adviser to clients across a broad range of complex transactions.<\/p>\n

Ranked as a ‘Leading Partner’ in Legal 500, Helen’s work spans a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, capital raisings and IPOs, investment structures, financings and wider corporate transactions, with a particular focus on financial regulation.<\/p>\n
