Her practice spans advising domestic and<br \/>\ninternational banks, NBFCs, private credit and special situations<br \/>\nfunds, multilateral development finance institutions, alternative<br \/>\ninvestment platforms, and asset reconstruction companies across<br \/>\nlending, securitisation, debt issuances, treasury transactions,<br \/>\ninsolvency, and restructuring matters. She also has significant<br \/>\nexperience with listed and unlisted bond issuances as both investor<br \/>\nand issuer counsel, including in the infrastructure sector.<br \/>\nAnjana holds a B.A. LL.B.
