Martinelli Advogados has reinforced its corporate and tax capabilities in Santa Catarina with the return of partners Jacob Wobeto and Rubens Morroni de Paiva Filho, in a move that combines stronger regional leadership with the continued consolidation of the firm\u2019s presence in the state.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These appointments reflect a defining characteristic of Martinelli Advogados\u2019 trajectory: its commitment to developing leaders who share the firm\u2019s values and long-term vision, while fostering professional relationships built on trust and common objectives.<\/p>\n

In this context, the return of Jacob Wobeto marks a particularly significant step. Having previously been with the firm from 2018 to 2025, Wobeto rejoins Martinelli to assume a role even more closely connected to the management and development of its operations in Santa Catarina.<\/p>\n

Wobeto has extensive experience in tax advisory and corporate structuring for companies across a wide range of industries and sizes. His practice also encompasses strategic advice on transfer pricing, thin capitalization and the assessment of judicial contingencies.<\/p>\n

The partnership also welcomes Rubens Morroni de Paiva Filho back to the firm.<\/p>\n
