(Edenor), Argentina\u2019s largest electricity distributor, on its issuance of US$550 million Class 10 Notes, as well as a concurrent repurchase offer for its outstanding Class 7 Notes \u2013 key steps in the company\u2019s broader strategy to manage maturities and strengthen its financial structure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The debt securities were issued on April 28, 2026, under Edenor\u2019s global notes issuance program of up to US$1.25 billion (or its equivalent in other currencies), as approved by the Argentine Securities Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The Notes were issued through two series with differing settlement mechanisms.
