\nLUTZ | ABEL has advised NEURA Robotics GmbH on its Series C funding round. The transaction represents one of the largest venture capital financing rounds in the European startup ecosystem to date.<\/p>\n
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Metzingen, NEURA Robotics is a technology company developing cognitive robots and humanoid robotic systems for industrial and other applications. The company\u2019s ambition is to build a leading platform for \u201cPhysical AI\u201d, combining robotics, artificial intelligence, sensors and software within an integrated system architecture.<\/p>\n
The financing round attracted international investors from the technology, semiconductor, cloud infrastructure and industrial sectors, including Tether, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., Amazon, NVIDIA, imec.xpand, Bosch, Schaeffler, the European Investment Bank, Lingotto, Giano Capital and InterAlpen Partners.<\/p>\n
The proceeds will primarily be used to support the global rollout of cognitive robots and humanoid robotic systems, further develop the Neuraverse platform and scale production capacity. NEURA also plans to establish a global network of so-called NEURA Gyms, large-scale training environments designed to collect movement and interaction data under real-world conditions.<\/p>\n
