About Sof\u00eda Gordillo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sof\u00eda has over a decade of experience in tax law, eight years of which she has developed at BUSTAMANTE FABARA, within the Firm\u2019s Tax department, contributing to its continued growth. She advises clients from various sectors on local and international tax planning and has extensive experience in the defense of taxpayers in administrative and tax litigation proceedings, including complex tax assessment processes. She is co-author of the \u201cManual de Derecho Tributario Formal\u201d and has been recognized since 2024 as an \u201cAssociate to Watch in Tax\u201d by Chambers & Partners, as a \u201cLeading Associate in Tax\u201d by Legal 500, and as a \u201cNotable Practitioner in Corporate General Tax\u201d by ITR World Tax.<\/p>\n
