Martinelli Advogados announces the addition of Andr\u00e9 Frossard Albuquerque and S\u00e9rgio Grama Lima to its partnership, a move that reinforces two areas increasingly critical for companies: the management of strategic disputes and tax litigation.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Andr\u00e9 Frossard Albuquerque joins the firm\u2019s Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration proceedings involving complex business relationships. \u201cI am excited to contribute to the growth of the firm\u2019s strategic disputes, arbitration and mediation practices, supporting clients in pre-litigation scenarios and high-stakes business disputes,\u201d he notes. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in sensitive corporate matters spanning multiple areas of law and sectors of the economy, including infrastructure, unfair competition, corporate and M&A disputes, energy, insurance and reinsurance, high-risk credit recovery, and other significant business controversies.<\/div>\n

The firm\u2019s tax practice is also strengthened with the arrival of S\u00e9rgio Grama Lima, who joins the tax litigation team. With over 18 years of experience in tax advisory and dispute resolution, S\u00e9rgio has built his career both in law firms and within the legal departments of multinational companies. He holds degrees in Law and Accounting, is registered with the CRC\/SP, and is currently pursuing a Master\u2019s degree in Tax Law. \u201cIt is a pleasure to join the firm.
