GSK\u00a0Stockmann advised the Arsipa Group on its acquisition of Dr. med. W\u00f6rner Medizin-Diagnostik-Sicherheit GmbH (MDS W\u00f6rner). MDS W\u00f6rner will merge with ascatu GmbH, another Arsipa Group company. This will enable ascatu to secure the succession of an established occupational health practice in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, ensuring continued care for its long-standing customers in the industrial, trade and service sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A GSK\u00a0Stockmann team led by Berlin-based partner Robert Kornd\u00f6rfer provided the Arsipa Group with comprehensive legal advice on the transaction. The merger will enable the occupational healthcare provider ascatu to expand the scope of its care in the Rhine-Neckar region and support even more local companies in future. Founded almost 20 years ago in Eppelheim, MDS W\u00f6rner offers a wide range of occupational healthcare services in Heidelberg and the surrounding area. As part of the merger, the entire MDS W\u00f6rner team of experienced specialist doctors and medical staff will be transferred to ascatu GmbH.<\/p>\n

The Arsipa Group is a group of companies specialising in health, safety and well-being in the workplace. With over 1,100 employees across more than 70 locations in Germany and Austria, the Arsipa Group supports around 35,000 companies.<\/p>\n
