Her return enhances the firm\u2019s capabilities in advising clients on sophisticated restructuring mandates, distressed asset matters, and contentious insolvency proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to rejoining Chandhiok &amp; Mahajan, Mohana was part of the Insolvency &amp; Restructuring team at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas &amp; Co. and the Disputes team at L&amp;L Partners.
