The arbitration was conducted under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules, with its seat in Dubai, UAE, and governed by German law.<\/p>\n<p>Following complex arbitral proceedings, including the cross-examination of multiple witnesses, the Tribunal issued an award in our client\u2019s favour, granting an award of approximately EUR 2.1 million.<\/p>\n<p>This successful outcome was achieved by our team, led by Dr Ahmed Abdelhakeem (Partner), together with Khaled Abou El Wafa (Senior Associate), and Mohamed Abdelkhalek (Associate).
