Fixed Rate Bonds due May 18, 2029 (the Bonds). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The senior unsecured Bonds have been issued under Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank\u2019s Swiss base prospectus consisting of the applicable summary and securities note of Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank each dated June 20, 2025 and the registration form for debt securities dated June 20, 2025, as amended, approved by SIX Exchange Regulation AG and final terms issued thereunder.<\/p>\n<p>BNP PARIBAS, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, UBS AG London Branch, and Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank acted as the Joint Lead Managers. Homburger acted as counsel to Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank as issuer.<\/p>\n<p>The Homburger team was led by Benjamin Leisinger and included Sofiya Shavlak (both Capital Markets).
