This transaction represents \u00c7al\u0131k Renewables\u2019 first investment in renewable energy in Poland and a\u00a0significant step in the implementation of \u00c7al\u0131k Renewables\u2019 long-term growth strategy in the European market.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction covered a\u00a0portfolio of photovoltaic projects located in Sztum and Stargard, in the Pomeranian and West Pomeranian regions of Poland. The installations are fully operational and generate more than\u00a0<strong>270.000 MWh\u00a0<\/strong>of electricity annually. Following completion of the transaction, the PAD RES Group will continue to provide asset management services.
